Scope fixed before you pay
An expert confirms deliverables, acceptance criteria and price in writing. The price is binding once you accept it.
One project room, one record
Questions, documents, hand-ins and approvals all happen in your workspace. Every entry is time-stamped and every file fingerprinted — anyone can download the record.
Completeness check before hand-in
Cons2Go checks that each delivery covers the agreed deliverables and format. The professional content is the responsibility of the expert who prepares and signs it.
Fixes within scope included
If a delivery misses the agreed criteria, the expert corrects it within the revision rounds at no extra cost.
Another expert if needed
If an expert becomes unavailable, we assign another. If we cannot, unstarted milestones are not charged and their prepayment is refunded.
One milestone at stake
You prepay one milestone at a time. The expert is paid after your approval or 7 days of silence. A dispute puts the milestone on hold.
What we do not promise
- • Results that depend on third parties — a loan, an investment, a licence or sales numbers.
- • Legal representation, or formal legal opinions unless a licensed lawyer delivers them under the confirmed scope.
- • Your business decisions — deliverables support them; the decision and its implementation stay with you.
