Are the prices fixed?
Listed prices are launch prices for the standard scope, in EUR excluding VAT. An expert confirms your scope in writing; the price is binding once you accept it. Extra work is only added through a change request you approve.
Do companies pay a platform fee?
No. The service price is all you pay. Cons2Go's fee is taken from the expert's side of each released milestone.
How do payments work?
You prepay one milestone at a time by bank transfer, against a proforma invoice. The expert is paid after you approve the milestone — or automatically 7 days after delivery if you do not respond.
What if my case is bigger than the standard service?
Your brief shows an estimate based on expert days × a fixed day rate for the area. The expert confirms it before anything is invoiced. For unclear cases, start with an Expert Diagnostic.
