Launch-phase draft for legal review. These terms describe how the platform is designed to work; they are not yet in force for real payments. Items in [square brackets] are completed before launch.

Summary

We collect only what you send us through our forms — saved plans, company profiles, expert applications, bookings and reviews — to answer and serve you. Marketing e-mails only with your separate opt-in. No advertising or analytics trackers. You can exercise your data rights by e-mail at any time.
1. Controller

The controller of your personal data is [Legal entity name], [registered address], company registration no. [●], VAT no. [●]. Contact: privacy@cons2go.com.

2. What we process and why

Brief text and answers: the problem description and answers you submit to the brief builder, used to generate your plan (pre-contractual request). They are not stored unless you choose "Save my plan". Saved plans: if you click "Save my plan & match me", we store your name, e-mail, optional company and phone, your problem description, answers and the generated plan, to contact you about the plan and match an expert (pre-contractual request). Company profiles: name, work e-mail, company, role, sector, size, country, phone, interests and how you heard about us (pre-contractual request / legitimate interest in matching). Booking data: company name, tax number, address, contact name, e-mail, phone and the service you book, used to confirm scope, issue invoices and run the project (performance of the contract; accounting law). Payment data: card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and processed by Stripe; we never see full card numbers. We receive the payment status and amount. Technical data: IP address and request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention, including rate-limiting the brief builder (legitimate interests). Expert applications: name, e-mail, phone, location, areas, services, experience, languages, availability, optional day rate and profile link, to assess your application (pre-contractual steps). Reviews: rating, text, name, e-mail, optional company and role. Published only if you tick the publication box and we approve it (consent); your e-mail is never published. Marketing: we send news and offers only if you tick the separate, optional marketing box (consent). You can withdraw at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to privacy@cons2go.com.

3. Service providers

Stripe — payment processing. The AI provider selected by the operator (for example Cloudflare, Groq, Google or Anthropic) — processing of brief text, only when AI scoping is enabled. With a self-hosted open-source model (Ollama) the text does not leave our own server. Cloudflare — website hosting, request logs and the database (Cloudflare D1) that stores the forms above. Sanity — website content management (no personal data of visitors).

We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

4. International transfers

Some providers process data in the United States. Where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to each provider.

5. Retention

Brief text is not stored unless you save the plan. Saved plans, company profiles and expert applications are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact unless you ask us to delete them earlier; marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider. [Exact retention periods to be confirmed before launch.]

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by e-mailing privacy@cons2go.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority — in North Macedonia, the Personal Data Protection Agency; in the EU, the authority of your country of residence.

7. Automated decisions

The brief builder suggests a package automatically, but no decision with legal or similarly significant effect is taken without a human: an expert confirms the scope and you decide whether to book.

8. Children

The Platform is for businesses and is not directed at children.
