- • One team and one clearly defined, repetitive workflow (e.g. invoice intake, report preparation, e-mail triage)
- • Systems that offer an import, export or API option
What we need from you
- • 10–20 real sample documents or cases, with the expected result
- • Access to the systems involved and a process owner
How the result is accepted
- • The workflow runs on an agreed test set; accuracy and exception handling are measured against targets agreed in milestone 1
- • Documentation and a training session for the team
Not included
- • Redesigning other processes or systems
- • Integrations with systems that have no import, export or API option
Revisions
- • Up to 2 rounds of revisions on each draft, within 5 working days of delivery.
- • Anything outside this scope is offered as a separate change request for your approval.
Dependencies
- • Timely client inputs — the timeline pauses while we wait for information or access.
- • We recommend the simplest adequate tool — standard import, OCR or a rule-based workflow is used when AI is not needed
Running costs after delivery
- • Software licences, hosting or AI usage fees, if any, are paid by the client and estimated before building
